1. Incorporation Of Terms
These Terms are applicable to all Software and Services supplied by Amicus One-Login apps. from and on this website.
2. Licence
2.1 ) Amicus grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable license, with no rights of sub-license, to use the Database solely for its own business operations.
2.2 ) The Customer may only use the Database, or any portion thereof, in the manner and for the purposes expressly provided herein.
a) Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Customer shall not, and shall not permit or otherwise allow or instruct any User or third party to:
- i. Market, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, distribute, advertise or otherwise make available to any third party, the Database, in whole or part.
- ii. The Customer are prohibited from transmitting from this site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane messages, or any other material that could give rise toany civil or criminal liability
under applicable law.
- iii. The Customer shall be wholly responsible for the use of the services under your account and for any content disseminated therefrom.
2.3 ) Amicus reserves all rights not expressly granted to the Customer.
a) Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- i. Amicus retains all rights, title and interest of whatever nature in and to the Database; and
- ii. Neither it nor any of its Users acquires any rights, express or implied in or to the Database
3. Termination
Amicus may (i) suspend the Licence or (ii) revoke the Licence and terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time by giving to the Customer prior written notice of not less than 24 hours.
Amicus may (i) suspend or (ii) terminate the account when account holder misuse the system or use the system in the way which it is going against the company's decision.
4. Warranty
Amicus warrants that the reports and data provided by the Amicus system are accurate at the date of search. The reports are warranted and for use solely for the authorized user of the system. Amicus does not warrant the report to any third-party user.
5. Indemnity
Amicus undertakes to protect, defend, reimburse, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, subsidiaries, related corporations, associates, and affiliates
(in relation to the accuracy of the data) for any damages, claims, expenses, or losses of any kind arising therefrom.
6. Price
We reserve the right to change or modify pricing on our website without notice or obligation at our sole discretion.
